This website, strivonphysiofit.com, is operated for Strivon Physio & Fitness, a physiotherapy and fitness clinic in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (“Strivon”, “we”, “us”). Digital products on this website are sold by Strivon Physio & Fitness (Shalin Dodiya), Ahmedabad, and payments are collected in that name through Razorpay.

2. Using This Website

By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Health Information Disclaimer

Content on this website, including blog articles and ebooks, is for general education only. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an individual assessment by a qualified health professional. If you have severe, worsening or unusual symptoms, seek medical care promptly.

4. Appointments

Appointment requests made through the website, phone or WhatsApp are confirmed only when our team confirms a time with you. Fees for clinic, home or online sessions are quoted before booking.

5. Digital Products (Ebooks)

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).
After successful payment you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. The link is valid for 30 days and up to 5 downloads.
Ebooks are licensed for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, upload or distribute the file, in whole or in part.
All content, text, images and the Strivon name and logo are our intellectual property.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not store your card or bank details on this website.

7. Refunds

Refunds for digital products are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its content. Exercise is done at your own risk; stop and seek advice if an exercise causes pain or other symptoms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
