Appointment and contact forms: name, phone number, email, age, preferred service, date and time, and any message you write about your problem.
Orders: name, email, phone number, billing address and order details when you buy a digital product.
Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID, but not your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
Website usage: pages visited, device and browser information and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information

To confirm appointments and reply to your enquiries by phone, WhatsApp or email.
To deliver digital products and send order emails.
