Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when you receive digital products bought on strivonphysiofit.com.

1. Digital Delivery Only

We currently sell only digital products (PDF ebooks). No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no courier is involved.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is successful, a download link is shown on the order confirmation page and is also sent to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.

3. Download Link

The download link is valid for 30 days and can be used up to 5 times. Please save the file to your device after downloading.

4. Did Not Receive the Email?

Check your spam or promotions folder.
Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and payment ID and we will resend the file within 1 working day.

5. Service Area

Digital products are available to customers in India. Clinic and home physiotherapy services are provided in Ahmedabad, and online consultations are available across India.

Digital products on this website are sold by Strivon Physio & Fitness (Shalin Dodiya), Ahmedabad, and payments are collected in that name through Razorpay.
