Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds and cancellations work for digital products and appointments at Strivon Physio & Fitness.

Digital products on this website are sold by Strivon Physio & Fitness (Shalin Dodiya), Ahmedabad, and payments are collected in that name through Razorpay.

1. Digital Products (Ebooks)

Our ebooks are digital files that are delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable, except in the cases below.

2. When We Will Refund

Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order.
Payment deducted but order failed: money left your account but you did not receive an order confirmation or download link, and we cannot provide the file.
File problem: the file is damaged or cannot be opened and we are unable to fix it or send a working copy within 3 working days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email strivonphysiofit@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 70169 97251 within 7 days of payment with your name, order number or payment ID and a short description of the problem.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI app may take a few additional days to show the credit.

5. Order Cancellation

An ebook order cannot be cancelled once payment is successful, because the download link is issued immediately.

6. Appointments

Clinic, home-visit and online appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by informing us as early as possible before the appointment time by phone or WhatsApp. Any advance paid for a cancelled appointment is adjusted or refunded as agreed at the time of booking.
