What is strength and conditioning?
Strength and conditioning is a systematic approach to building strength, power, speed, mobility and endurance, programmed and progressed by a qualified coach. Unlike generic gym workouts, strength and conditioning is periodised — it follows a plan that adapts over weeks and months toward a clear goal. That structure is exactly why strength and conditioning produces measurable, repeatable results instead of random ones.
What our coaching includes
Online S&C coaching
Personalised online strength and conditioning programmes you can follow anywhere in India, with video form checks and regular accountability.
Sport-specific strength
Training built around the real demands of your sport, so your gains transfer to performance on the pitch, court or track.
Return-to-sport strength
After injury, we rebuild strength and capacity safely so you return more durable than before — the crucial phase most people skip.
Personalised programming
Every programme is periodised and adjusted to your data, ability and schedule — never copy-pasted from a template.
Who is strength and conditioning for?
Strength and conditioning is for far more than elite athletes:
- Athletes wanting more power, speed and durability.
- People finishing rehab who need to rebuild strength.
- Runners and recreational athletes reducing injury risk.
- Anyone who wants to get genuinely strong and resilient.
How our strength and conditioning works
- Assessment and goals — we understand your starting point and target.
- Personalised programme — your strength and conditioning plan is built around you.
- Coaching and check-ins — we coach technique and keep you accountable.
- Measure and progress — we track and progress the load over time.
The principles behind our programming
Good results are never random — they come from a few proven principles applied consistently. We use progressive overload, gradually increasing the demand so your body keeps adapting. We use periodisation, planning your training in clear phases instead of grinding the same thing forever. We apply specificity, training the exact qualities your goal needs, and we build in adequate recovery so adaptation actually happens. Following these principles is the difference between spinning your wheels and steadily getting stronger, faster and more durable month after month.
Rebuilding strength after injury
Rebuilding strength is the most overlooked phase of recovery, and skipping it is the single biggest reason people get re-injured. Once pain settles, the injured area is usually still weaker and less capable than it was before. We carefully reload it, restoring strength, control and confidence so you can return to full activity without fear. This is where rehabilitation and serious training overlap — and where having coaches who understand both really matters for a safe, lasting comeback.
What coaching with us feels like
Coaching with Strivon is supportive, not intimidating. We meet you exactly at your level, teach technique patiently, and shape the plan around your real life rather than forcing your life around the plan. You always know what to do, why you are doing it, and how you are progressing. And because you have an experienced coach in your corner keeping you accountable, you stay consistent through the weeks when motivation alone would not be enough — which is what truly drives results.
What equipment do you need to start?
Far less than most people assume. We can build an effective programme around a full gym membership, a few dumbbells and resistance bands at home, or even bodyweight alone to begin with. As your needs grow — and when our performance gym in Ahmedabad opens — we add more advanced equipment and hands-on coaching. The plan always fits the equipment you have, not the other way around, so there is never a reason to wait before starting.
Does online strength and conditioning work?
Yes. Online strength and conditioning is highly effective when it is properly coached. With a personalised plan, video technique reviews and consistent accountability, online strength and conditioning delivers the same structured progression as in-person training for most people and goals.
In-person gym — launching soon
Our dedicated performance gym in Ahmedabad is launching soon, adding hands-on, in-person strength and conditioning to our online coaching. Until then, you get fully guided online strength and conditioning anywhere in India.
